3 Very Popular Guest Bed Types

One very enjoyable experience in life is when you have guests come over and stay with you at your home. There are many different reasons for this occurrence to take place, such as when your family members come to visit, or when you catch up with old friends you haven’t seen in years, or even when your children have sleepovers with their pals from school. Whatever the reason, one must always be prepared to provide a proper and comfortable sleeping apparatus for the guests in your home.
Unfortunately, many people cannot afford a home with a special guest room which is designated only for use by house guests. Even when people can afford a home with an extra bedroom, it is often already being used by the owners for additional storage or another hobby room. It is also possible that people might not experience guests often enough to justify making up a spare room throughout the year.
If you’re afflicted by any of the aforementioned problems, I will list 3 very easy types of guest beds to purchase and keep around the home for the special occasions that require one.
1. A twin air bed is the perfect solution for this problem. Given the fact that it is made of air, it can be easily moved into any area of your home without any effort at all, and can easily fit on the floor of a current bedroom.
2. A twin futon mattress is another very suitable choice, especially when factoring in the storage of the bed. The reason it is such a good choice is because a futon can be used as a couch when guests aren’t in the home, but can fold down into a bed during the time of need. A twin size futon mattress can be used during the times when a guest isn’t in the home, making its functionality one of its best selling points.
3. And thirdly, another solid choice is a standard twin mattress only which can be stored in a garage, under another bed in the home, or perhaps in an attic or crawl space. It’s definitely lightweight enough to be moved around with minimal effort and can be setup very quickly for guests.
