Altering the Look of Your Bar Fridge

The bad thing about refrigerators is that they only come in the same few dull colors. You can only get a white, black, or silver one. If you really like these ordinary fridges, then that is great. But for most people, we want something with a little more oomph to it, something that will look great and attract attention. Of course, you can find a bar fridge for sale that looks wonderful. The only problem with these units is that they cost a hell of a lot of money. Refrigerators with fancy glass doors on them or models designed to blend right in with the rest of your bar or kitchen cost hundreds of dollars more than their basic counterparts. Here are some tips on how to give a fridge the look you want without spending a fortune.
The first way is to simply adorn the thing with some stickers or decals. Since you are using the refrigerator in the bar area, it would only be natural to put a sticker of your favorite beer or other beverage on there. If you are a sports fan, why not get a few large decals of your favorite team and put them on? In general, black refrigerators tend to look better than white ones, especially in darker areas. They naturally blend into their surroundings, and with a few bright stickers on them they can look great.
Another idea is to get a cheap plain white refrigerator and then go out and buy a can of spray paint the color of your choice and go to town on the thing. Remember to use masking tape on the handles first if you want to keep them the way they were. Of course, you can also do this with any other appliance that is an eyesore, such as a double electric coffee maker or the base of a food processor. Just remember not to paint anything where the outside of it will heat up.
