Questionable Quality of Fitted Wardrobes

I can completely understand how tempting it can be to want to own a set of fitted bedroom wardrobes. Not only are they useful, when designed well, they can look absolutely magnificent in your bedroom. I cannot overstate the practical aspects of it. For some people, the ready made stand alone wardrobes that you can easily buy from furniture shops down the road just don’t cut the mustard. Depending on what kind of home you live in, you might face certain physical constraints. For example, an awkward alcove in the bedroom wall may well prevent you from using a regularly shaped wardrobe. As such, in this situation, a fitted wardrobe would be appropriate.
One of the important aspects of deciding on a bespoke fitted wardrobe that can often get overlooked is the cost. In this fitted wardrobes guide, I’ll shall be tackling this issue from different angles so you have a better picture.
It is an obvious fact that they are indeed costly compared to stand alone wardrobes. This cost is justified by customizable nature as I’ve already outlined earlier. Now, I can understand how you might want to save money but still try to get yourself a custom built wardrobe. I want to point out that although you should do your research well to get a good deal, the cheapest installer isn’t always the best choice.
It is likely that the installer may forgo something in order to be able to achieve such low prices. For example, rather than using solid pine for construction, you might get engineered fiber board with a pine wood layer if you insist on a cheap pine wardrobe. Another possible area that they might fall short on is the quality of service. Are they willing to answer all your questions? Will they address all your problems and concerns if any occur?
I definitely would be wary about the quality of product as well as the service.
